Workin' in Style
Hello Hello… let’s talk work! As I work that 8-5 life, I dress business professional. Boring, right? WRONG! Now that it is summer and b-e-a-utiful outside, I absolutely love dressing up for work. Dresses are always fun, but I am totally into the printed chino pants and colorful skirts & tops.
If you know me, you know I am beyond obsessed with ZARA. Their work clothes are so fun and they are always on top of the current trends. My problem however - I can't go into the store and leave with just what I came for... there are just too many amazing options that I can't seem to pass up! The pink faux leather skirt pictured below is one of my favorite items ZARA has. I have bought it in pink, yellow, blue, and of course black. The best thing about ZARA clothes is their versatility. Not only can the below items be worn to work, but for a girls day out, brunch, church, you name it! These are just a few items I am lovin’ -
Back to printed chino pants... have y’all been to Old Navy lately? They have completely nailed it. I have bought so many of their chino’s, and I’m tellin’ ya, these are worth talking about! They fit true to size and provide short and tall options! Anyone else feel like they're that awkward height of tall? I actually switch between buying regular seam pants, as they hit right above the ankle and look perfect with heels, and long seam as I love to roll the bottoms and pair them with some cute flats! If you don't know this yet, Old Navy is so great to shop at, especially when you're ballin' on a budget. I swear there is always some sort of deal online and in store, on top of what are already great prices. Here are just a few that I have bought and a few more that I am eyeing -
